Eligibility / Minimum Age

User Content 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the rights (including all intellectual property rights) in any material, information, notifications, reviews, articles or other types of communication (hereinafter referred as “content”) created on the Website by the Users are owned by the Users. We may however freely use, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, translate, publicly display, publish and transfer the content in order to host the content. Our non-exclusive access to freely use the content applies irrevocably without any time limitation and without territorial limitations.

• Users are liable for the content they publish on the Website using our Review System.
•  Users warrant that all content posted on the Website using our Review System is correct and true (where they state facts) or genuinely held (where they state opinions).
•  The published content must relate to a company or an organization from which the User has purchased or can otherwise document using the company’s or organization’s products or services.

Users must not publish any content on the website which:

• is unlawful, deceptive, misleading, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, harassing, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic or profane,

Any comment that violates any of the above, will be either modified or deleted manually. 

The User hereby grants us the right to initiate and take any legal actions which we deem necessary in case of infringement of the User’s content.

The User must guarantee to indemnify us for any claims which may be made against us as a consequence of the User’s violation of the User Terms or current legislation. The User must indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any claim or loss due to third party claims against us resulting from the content of the User.  

Delivery

• We will determine the delivery charge according to the road distance (location), time, and condition outside the valley.
• Damage/exchange claim must be made within the 24 hours after delivery.
• We charge double fee for urgent delivery (within 2 hours). Note: This delivery option is available within ring road.
• We provide delivery facility within airport cities of Nepal and delivery is dispatched as you indicate in your Order. We will calculate the delivery charge according to the road distance, time and date. 

Return Policy

• We will not refund or return or exchange your products if those are damaged by you or have been modified or used.
• We will not refund if the refund is initiated due to no longer needed and change of mind.

Valid reason to return the products/items:

• If the delivered products are damaged/defective
• If the delivered is incomplete/wrong product/different from the product displayed on website
• If the size of delivered product is wrong (different size)

Price

• Price of the products, services and our delivery charges will be the same as what is quoted on our website.
• Product and service prices include VAT, where applicable.

License

Unless otherwise stated, The Site and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on The Site. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from The Site for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Eupsale.com
• Redistribute content from Eupsale.com

Limitations of liability

The vendors providing the products and services are independent contractors and in no event will we or Our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site, even if we have advised you of the possibility of such damages.

Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. The site does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website Comments or opinions expressed on the Site do not reflect the views and opinions of the Site ,its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts their views and opinions.
